A specially created area of historic buildings in Irkutsk, which includes several dozens of monuments of architecture and history of the city. This is a project that brings together the needs of the modern city and the traditions of the past centuries. On the territory of what is now 130 quarter of Irkutsk people began to build houses in the early XVIII century. At that time this land was outside the boundary of the city of Irkutsk and developed by rural type.
